Student Counsellor for T.I.M.E. Education

You will act as the primary point of contact for course enquiries, helping students select the right programs to shape their careers. • Managing inbound and outbound calls to address student enquiries effectively.
• Counseling students and parents to help them choose relevant academic programs.
• Handling admission procedures and maintaining daily enquiry records.
• Updating regular MIS reports to track performance against monthly and yearly targets.
• Providing excellent post-admission service to ensure student satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse enquiries.
• Ability to meet performance targets in a professional environment.
• Must be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays (with compensatory offs on weekdays).
• Graduate degree or relevant experience in academic counseling is preferred.
