Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research and development tasks in a laboratory setting.
Manage operations within a commercial production facility.
Apply molecular and cellular techniques for Immunodiagnostics.
Collaborate with scientific teams to meet production and research goals.
Maintain high standards of laboratory excellence and data integrity.
Requirements:
Masters in Life Sciences is essential; PhD is highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
At least 2 years of experience in an academic or commercial production facility.
Specific expertise in cellular and molecular Immunodiagnostics.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
