Team Lead Quality Assurance International Voice

Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Quality Assurance for its international voice process framework in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will spearhead the auditing processes, evaluate transactional communications, and guide a dedicated team of quality analysts to maintain high-level healthcare administration standards.

• Supervise, manage, and mentor a professional team of QA analysts, delivering structured performance counseling to enhance individual and group execution blueprints.
• Evaluate and meticulously audit customer support calls, digital emails, and chat communication streams to verify absolute alignment with institutional guidelines and compliance matrices.
• Formulate, track, and analyze core quality indicators such as fault ratios, coverage metrics, and end-user satisfaction indices to calibrate operations.
• Conduct regular audits of provider charts, documentation records, and associated backend healthcare system files.
• Generate comprehensive reports outlining statistical QA discoveries, mapping behavioral trends, and proposing mitigation roadmaps for operational loops.
• Participate actively in structural cross-functional workshops to drive company-wide initiatives focusing on customer service optimization.

• Possession of a completed Master's degree from a recognized institution or university layout is highly mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive operational background within an international voice process ecosystem.
• At least 2 years of active core experience specialized in international voice calling quality assurance workflows.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable tenure handling corporate responsibilities as a manager or team leader.
• Solid track record in operational management, data compilation, and guiding technical QA frameworks.
• Advanced analytical capability, structural problem-solving mindset, and an exceptional eye for detail.
• High level of computational literacy in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
