Training and Development Tender Executive

PVblink Technology is hiring a Training and Development cum Tender Executive in Ahmedabad. This role involves onboarding new sales and service staff, teaching CRM workflows, and coordinating government solar energy tenders. • Conduct comprehensive training programs for newly onboarded sales and service employees
• Educate staff on corporate CRM software usage, reporting workflows, and inner processes
• Manage and update documentation on government tender portals for solar energy projects
• Coordinate with internal technical and financial departments to collect necessary paperwork
• Maintain structured records of tender applications and systematically follow up on statuses
• Support daily back-office administration, documentation, and operational workflows

• Possess a Graduate degree or an MBA from a recognized institution
• Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate training or tender processing
• Exhibit basic knowledge of CRM software systems and training methodologies
• Show strong communication, interpersonal coordination, and corporate presentation skills
• Maintain high proficiency in computer operations including MS Excel, Email, and Portal Handling
• Prior experience within the Solar or Electrical engineering industry is highly preferred
