• Manage end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment processes for insurance-based roles.
• Execute global hiring strategies specifically targeting the US market.
• Handle stakeholder and candidate management with professional excellence.
• Source top talent using LinkedIn, major job portals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain robust ATS records and reports.

• Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in global hiring.
• Strong background in US Non-IT recruitment sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work consistently in US Night Shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
