Join TransJet Cargo as a US Recruiter specializing in Non-IT global hiring. This night-shift role offers a great opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Indianapolis-based insurance process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment processes for insurance-based roles.
Execute global hiring strategies specifically targeting the US market.
Handle stakeholder and candidate management with professional excellence.
Source top talent using LinkedIn, major job portals, and networking.
Coordinate interviews and maintain robust ATS records and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in global hiring.
Strong background in US Non-IT recruitment sectors.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work consistently in US Night Shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
