Join our team in Haridwar as an HR Executive/AM. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a hospitality background to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment cycles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: policy writing, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll management.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, and other applicable labor laws.
Conduct employee induction programs and facilitate joining formalities.
Maintain accurate HRMS records and generate comprehensive HR reports.
Requirements:
Post Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field is mandatory.
3-4 years of experience, with a strong preference for a Hospitality background.
Thorough knowledge of statutory compliances (PF & ESIC).
Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
Proficiency in HRMS and data reporting tools.
