Foxbrain is seeking a professional Front Desk Executive to manage front-office operations and visitor experience in Karkardooma, Delhi. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth daily administration and professional communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests courteously.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
Maintain accurate visitor records and appointment schedules.
Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
Handle office documentation, couriers, and administrative support tasks.
Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
