We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead recruitment operations for a healthcare organization. You will coordinate end-to-end hiring processes, manage manpower planning, and ensure timely talent acquisition across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Source and screen candidates via portals and social media.
Conduct HR interviews and assessment processes.
Oversee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, KPIs, and MIS reporting.
Supervise HR executive teams and support training.
Requirements:
MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
3–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and high-volume hiring.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR operations and recruitment compliance.
