LanceSoft Inc is looking for a dedicated US Aerospace Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent for the dynamic US aerospace industry during US business hours.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for aerospace positions in the US market.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure timely placements.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in the night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
