Pulsus Group is seeking a motivated Life Science Trainee to manage scientific journal development. You will handle the full editorial process, including peer-reviews and content management for research publications in a professional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage scientific journal development in compliance with SOPs and publication ethics
Write engaging blogs, website content, and manage professional email correspondence
Handle the complete editorial process, including proof formatting and peer-review decisions
Promote journals via email marketing and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
Maintain timely and accurate communication with international authors and editors
Requirements:
B.Tech, M.Tech, or MSc in any Life Science field, or M.Pharm degree
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong multitasking abilities and effective problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn the end-to-end publishing and editorial workflow
