Mafiree is looking for a dedicated Office Administration Executive to join our Bangalore team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to manage office operations in a collaborative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office or personnel.
Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing office correspondence.
Maintaining general office files, job files, and vendor records.
Managing the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Assisting in other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Qualification: PUC or Any Degree (Graduation).
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience level: 0 to 5 years.
