Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle backend operations and manage data across various web platforms
Collect information from online sources and ensure accurate system updates
Conduct client follow-ups via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain high quality and efficiency in multi-tasking environments
Requirements:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in any specialization
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
Familiarity with internet technologies and data collection
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
