Backoffice Executive - Blended Process

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our backend operations team for a blended process involving data management and client coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing EdTech firm and handle diverse web platforms while ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Manage backend operations and work across various company-owned web platforms. Perform data collection from online sources and ensure accurate updates on the system. Handle client follow-ups professionally via emails, telephonic calls, and WhatsApp. Execute tasks with high accuracy in a blended process environment. Maintain internal records and coordinate with the team to meet operational deadlines.

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any specialization. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Well-versed with internet technologies and web-based research. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
