Tapasya Projects is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage billing processes for high-rise building projects in Greater Noida. You will play a key role in quantity estimation, bill verification, and project coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify contractor and client bills accurately.
Perform quantity estimation and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Conduct measurements in accordance with project progress.
Coordinate effectively with project and site teams.
Prepare rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and maintain systematic billing documentation.
Requirements:
Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in billing engineering for high-rise projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
