Sales Executive - Real Estate

BrickYard Realty is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team in Tathawade, Pune. You will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings for our real estate projects.

• Generate and manage leads via calls, references, and digital platforms.
• Attend to walk-in clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct professional site visits and property presentations.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal closure.
• Handle client negotiations and address objections effectively.
• Maintain CRM records and generate daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processing.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate or direct sales (2–5 years for experienced candidates).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is highly preferred.
• Must possess an own vehicle (bike) for site visits.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
