DFR Developers is seeking a result-driven General Manager for Sales & Business Growth to lead our Dholera Smart City project. This leadership role involves driving revenue and building high-performing sales teams from our Noida head office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive project sales and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
Build and manage broker, channel partner, and investor networks.
Conduct investor meets, webinars, and sales presentations.
Identify new market segments and strategic business opportunities.
Oversee the complete sales cycle and ensure efficient CRM management.
Requirements:
3-8 years of professional experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong expertise in sales strategy and deal closures.
Prior experience in plotted developments or investment-driven real estate projects.
Ability to lead teams and manage strategic investor relationships.
Excellent communication and market intelligence skills.
