Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate quality business through proactive client relationship management and cold calling.
Execute end-to-end client communication and lead nurturing using email marketing and other digital channels.
Explore new sales channels and implement strategic plans to penetrate untapped international markets.
Independently build and manage a solid sales pipeline of outbound leads to meet monthly deadlines.
Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients and ensure high rates of client retention.
Coordinate effectively with the internal technical team to align business offerings with client needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.
Exceptional English communication skills with a persistent and persuasive approach.
Proven ability to independently handle the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive targets.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts will be considered a major advantage.
