- Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealership network within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to potential buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements: - Candidates should hold a Graduate degree or a Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Tractor or Agri-Implement sales will be highly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills in local languages to interact with the farming community.
- Strong field sales orientation and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Basic understanding of the agricultural machinery market and competitor activities.
