Anvistar IT Training Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. We are seeking a professional who can drive growth, identify new market opportunities, and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and networking to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads and build strong, sustainable relationships with potential clients.
Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Organize and lead presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective business partners.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and growth initiatives for the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant experience of 0 to 2 years in sales or business development roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Self-motivated personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
