Pteron Aviation Academy is looking for a dynamic English and Soft Skills Trainer in Siliguri. Join our faculty to mentor and transform aspirants into professional Cabin Crew through specialized communication and grooming modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver English language training focused on neutral accents and aviation standards
Conduct Cabin Crew interview prep including Group Discussions and Personal Interviews
Facilitate workshops on professional grooming, body language, and etiquette
Maintain high-energy classroom engagement to build student confidence
Requirements:
Impeccable command of the English language is mandatory
2+ years of experience in Soft Skills or English training preferred
Professional and well-groomed appearance to lead by example
Strong ability to command a classroom and mentor students
