Circuit Design Engineer for CMOS VLSI

Perfectus Technology is looking for an experienced Circuit Design Engineer with expertise in full-custom transistor-level CMOS VLSI techniques. You will work with state-of-the-art CAD tools to create high-performance integrated circuit layouts.

• Create high-density and high-performance CMOS layouts including tiled layout structures
• Execute full-custom transistor-level CMOS VLSI circuit layout techniques
• Perform design rule checking (DRC) and layout vs. schematic (LVS) comparisons
• Develop behavioral models for design sub-blocks and digital circuits
• Utilize advanced simulation and verification tools to ensure design integrity

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering; MS in EE is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of CAD tools for IC layout and transistor-level design
• Proficiency in Cadence and Mentor digital/analog design tool suites
• Experience with simulators such as H SPICE, Mentor ELDO, or NASDA HSIM
• Hands-on experience with verification tools like Mentor Calibre and Cadence Dracula
