Clinical Quality Manager - US Healthcare

Ecorgy Solutions is seeking motivated medical professionals to join our healthcare operations team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the US healthcare industry while contributing to quality improvement and clinical excellence.

• Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to ensure industry standard adherence.
• Conduct compliance audits and quality assessments to provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze clinical quality data and performance metrics to interpret results.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on quality findings for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with healthcare regulations and clinical guidelines.

• Degree required: BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, Pharm D, BUMS, or BNYS.
• 1–8 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work US Shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM).

• Salary range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
