Telecaller – Patient Counsellor

SKCCR, a renowned homeopathy clinic with 40 years of expertise, is hiring a Telecaller to join our patient coordination team. You will engage with inbound leads from digital campaigns and guide them towards clinic consultations.

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads from social media campaigns.
• Understand patient health concerns with empathy and confidence.
• Persuade interested patients to book consultations at the clinic.
• Manage appointment scheduling and send reminders via WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate call logs and activity updates in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment booking targets.

• Fluent in Malayalam is mandatory for patient interaction.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Empathetic, patient-friendly approach towards chronic health issues.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare is preferred.

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience.
