Hospital Night Staff / Duty Assistant

VIP Physio Rehab is hiring a dedicated Night Staff Assistant to support patient care in our hospital facility. This role involves monitoring inpatients and ensuring safety during night hours.

• Monitor and attend to inpatients during night hours.
• Assist patients with basic needs and movement support.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort in patient rooms.
• Report emergencies to doctors or management immediately.
• Maintain accurate night duty records and documentation.
• Support physiotherapy and nursing staff as required.

• Basic communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined nature.
• Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
• Caring and patient-friendly attitude.
• Prior hospital or clinic experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Stable part-time employment in a healthcare environment.
• Opportunity for freshers to gain clinical experience.

• This is an in-person role located in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
• Shift schedule: Night shift as per hospital requirements.
