Vitality Healthcare is looking for a highly skilled Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon to join our surgical team in Morbi. This role involves performing complex cardiac and pulmonary procedures using both traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Performing complex cardiothoracic surgeries including CABG and valve replacements.
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments using diagnostic tools like MRI and CT scans.
Managing pre-operative risk assessments and detailed surgical planning.
Overseeing post-operative management, complication monitoring, and rehabilitation.
Requirements:
Mastery in both open-heart and minimally invasive surgical approaches.
Exceptional problem-solving skills for addressing intraoperative complications.
Detail-oriented approach to surgical execution and patient documentation.
Strong empathetic communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
