- Conduct daily rounds and monitor the progress of infants under specialized care.
- Collaborate with the pediatric and obstetric departments for high-risk deliveries.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols and medical safety standards.
- Provide counseling and support to the families regarding neonatal health and progress.
Requirements: - DM or Fellowship in Neonatology is a must-have qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable hospital.
- Strong expertise in handling advanced NICU equipment and procedures.
- Compassionate approach and excellent communication skills in a clinical setting.
- Willingness to work in Dindigul and manage emergency cases when required.
