Patient Care Executive - Medical Tourism

Medsurge India is seeking a proactive Patient Care Executive to manage domestic and international client inquiries on-site in Gurugram. This role is perfect for effective communicators looking to build a rewarding career in the fast-growing global healthcare and medical tourism sector.

• Manage and address inbound patient inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate seamlessly with multi-specialty hospitals and doctors to arrange medical opinions, scheduling, and custom treatment roadmaps.
• Maintain comprehensive records, log interactions, and update lead status details in the corporate CRM system regularly.
• Follow up consistently with patients regarding clinical reports, telemedicine consultations, travel itineraries, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with internal case managers, operations units, and hospital coordinators to optimize the patient experience.
• Provide empathetic assistance to international and domestic patients, building trust throughout their healthcare journey.

• Absolute fluency in spoken and written English with excellent professional communication skills.
• Strong active listening abilities paired with swift, professional problem-solving skills in critical situations.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and standard CRM data entry.
• Positive attitude, willingness to undergo continuous learning, and strong team-playing capability.
• Educational background in Healthcare or Hospital Administration is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Medical Tourism, BPO, International Customer Support, or Hospital Coordination is an added advantage.
• Multilingual capabilities (knowledge of Arabic, French, Bengali, Russian, or Spanish) are highly desired.
