Vitality Healthcare is seeking a Consultant Pediatrician to join our medical team in Rajkot. The role involves providing expert clinical care, managing pediatric treatments, and contributing to the academic and research excellence of the department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care and management for pediatric patients within the hospital setting.
Conduct thorough and accurate assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of various pediatric conditions and diseases.
Supervise and train medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of pediatrics.
Participate in research activities, including initiating and leading research projects and publishing scholarly articles.
Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated healthcare services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MD or DNB in Pediatrics.
Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers with strong clinical background are welcome).
Commitment to continuous professional development and latest medical advancements.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community outreach.
