Roles & Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of OPD and IPD patients
Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions
Emergency and critical care management as required
Coordination with surgical and allied specialties for multidisciplinary care
Maintenance of accurate and compliant medical records
Adherence to hospital policies and quality standards
Supervision and guidance of junior doctors
Requirements:
MD / DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institute
Valid NMC / State Medical Council registration
Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-centric and ethical approach to healthcare
