Joshi Mercedes-Benz is looking for an experienced CRM professional to manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction in the luxury automobile sector. You will be responsible for planning CRM activities and implementing measures to enhance customer retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform monthly and quarterly planning of CRM activities in coordination with HODs.
Identify drivers and implement measures to improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Ensure consistent customer relations management across after-sales stages and divisions.
Implement customer life cycle communication strategies to increase long-term retention.
Handle customer complaints from all sources and act as a one-point contact for resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis of complaints and develop action plans to minimize negative feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Automobile sector as a CRM.
Strong background in handling dissatisfied customers and complaint resolution processes.
Bachelor's degree is preferred along with proficiency in English.
Analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop counter-measures.
Proven ability to monitor and record customer feedback on a regular basis.
