• Organize folder structures, maintain reports, and manage documentation systems.
• Collaborate with media and operations departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide logistical support and manage communication between field units and the office.

• Basic knowledge of media workflows and communication protocols.
• Proficiency in using Google Drive, Sheets, and digital reporting tools.
