Vandana Ispat is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer to manage property transactions, legal documentation, and land compliance in Raipur. This role is ideal for legal professionals with strong expertise in property law and land use regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate Purchase & Sale, Lease, and Ground Lease Agreements
Manage legal documentation for residential developments, township projects, and joint ventures
Conduct thorough property due diligence, reviewing land records and zoning regulations
Structure and support mortgage loans, construction finance, and refinancing transactions
Advise on land acquisition, subdivision approvals, and permitting processes
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, government authorities, and external counsels
Requirements:
LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution with Bar Council registration preferred
Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and local land regulations
Proven experience in legal drafting, land due diligence, and negotiation
Familiarity with commercial real estate projects and infrastructure exposure
Ability to independently manage complex legal transactions and multiple projects
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in document verification
