Kinkob Kreation is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team in Nagpur. You will manage digital records and coordinate with clients for order updates in a professional manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Enter and update accurate business data into internal systems daily.
Efficiently manage records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data consistency and updates.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding order details and status.
Verify all entered data for completeness and technical accuracy.
Prepare and maintain periodic documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Mandatory graduation in any discipline (Bachelor's degree).
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Foundational knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good typing speed with high attention to detail.
Experience of 1 year is preferred, though talented freshers are welcome.
