Injection Moulding Operator & Supervisor

Leeford Healthcare Limited is hiring for its toothbrush plant in Ludhiana. This role involves managing injection moulding machines, setting up moulds, and ensuring production quality for plastic manufacturing processes.

• Operate injection moulding machines efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Set up moulds and monitor technical machine parameters during the production cycle.
• Ensure production targets are met and conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance of moulding equipment.
• Maintain quality records and report any technical breakdowns to the management.
• Follow shop floor safety guidelines and maintain proper housekeeping.

• Prior experience in injection moulding operations is highly preferred.
• Background in plastic manufacturing or toothbrush production is a distinct advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of moulding machines, moulds, and production processes.
• Educational qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production targets.
