We are looking for a sincere and responsible Assistant for office and site support. This role offers a dynamic environment involving both indoor tasks and travel across Mumbai for site installations and coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling indoor and outdoor office assignments and travel coordination.
Assisting in loading, unloading, packing, and carrying materials during site visits.
Providing full support during installations, fittings, and personal assistance tasks.
Coordinating with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining discipline and teamwork during outstation work assignments.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of mobile applications and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Physically fit and ready for field work and traveling within and outside Mumbai.
Basic driving knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Punctual, honest, and capable of multitasking under guidance.
Flexibility with working hours and readiness for outstation stays if required.
