Dental Eligibility Verification Specialist

Join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team as a Dental Eligibility Verification Specialist. We are looking for a professional to handle dental insurance verification and communicate effectively with providers.

• Verify patient dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls with insurance providers to confirm policy status.
• Document insurance information accurately in the billing system.
• Resolve eligibility discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in Dental Eligibility Verification.
• Strong knowledge of dental plans including PPO, HMO, and indemnity.
• Clear communication skills for voice-based processes.
• Basic familiarity with dental terminology and CDT codes.
• Ability to work comfortably in night shifts.
