Toot Dental, part of the Dr.Care Group, is seeking an experienced Zonal Head to oversee dental operations in Hyderabad. You will lead multiple clinics, driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive overall zone revenue growth and achieve monthly targets.
Supervise clinic managers, dentists, and front office teams.
Ensure SOP compliance and maintain high service quality standards.
Monitor daily clinic-wise revenue performance and patient KPIs.
Handle patient escalations and support staff recruitment and training.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the dental industry.
Proven track record in multi-clinic management or dental chain operations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and people management abilities.
