Deputy Finance Controller (Manufacturing)

IKIO Technologies is looking for an experienced Deputy Finance Controller to join their finance team in Noida. This strategic role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership to drive operational excellence in the electronics manufacturing sector.

• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely closure of books in compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, and GAAP.
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee internal control systems, financial governance, and audit activities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.
• Lead and mentor finance team members while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Identify opportunities for ERP system optimization and process automation.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 10-18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Expertise in consolidation of Indian and Foreign entities.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and financial analysis.
