Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal

Plexus HoReCa Industries is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations in our sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will be responsible for overseeing production targets, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of 25–40 operators.

• Supervise daily production activities including welding, laser cutting, and bending.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, shift schedules, and output targets.
• Monitor machine utilization, material flow, and work-in-progress levels.
• Maintain quality standards for MS/SS/GI/EG sheets and conduct in-process inspections.
• Manage and train a team of 25–40 operators to ensure safety and performance.
• Enforce 5S practices and safety protocols on the shop floor.

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of laser cutting, press shop, and welding processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication process documents.
• Experience in manpower handling and shop-floor management.
• Candidates residing near Sholavaram, Redhills, Puzhal, or Minjur are preferred.
