We are looking for a skilled Desk Support Engineer to manage our local and wide area networks, ensuring maximum uptime and security. If you have strong expertise in Windows Server migrations and network configuration, this is the perfect role for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage network solutions including routers, switches, and firewalls
Install and migrate Windows Servers and manage Office 365 environments
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot faults, and perform firmware upgrades
Manage IT infrastructure procurement and supervise technical subcontractors
Ensure data security, network access control, and robust backup systems
Oversee IT staff, including training, coaching, and performance appraisal
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing IT Support role
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and general IT licensing
Strong understanding of DHCP, WIFI Networking, and networked devices
Experience in configuring proxy servers, WAN accelerators, and DNS
Graduation or specialized IT degree required
ITIL or similar IT certification is highly preferred
