Join our team as an Infrastructure Systems Engineer specializing in VMware virtualization and infrastructure automation. You will play a key role in designing and managing mission-critical systems, focusing on vRealize Automation, cloud migrations, and advanced backup solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage VMware vSphere Suite, NSX, and vRealize Automation environments
Build and configure Cohesity and NetBackup systems to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery
Automate system tasks and VM provisioning using Ansible and VMware vRealize Automation
Manage configuration automation using VMware Saltstack and implement security best practices
Execute on-premises to cloud migrations and landing zone creation across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and disaster recovery procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Systems or Infrastructure Engineer
Expertise in VMware vSphere and vRealize Automation (vRA) is mandatory
Proven experience with Cohesity Backup solutions and NetBackup
Proficiency in both Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Yaml, or Python
Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, DHCP)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
