e-Stone Information Technology is hiring a skilled Desktop Support Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues for our clients via remote support and site visits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to client support requests via phone, remote link, or in-person visits.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking connection issues.
Install, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and computer peripherals.
Log service calls with OEM centers for systems under warranty.
Provide basic user training and maintain accurate job reports.
Requirements:
BSc IT, BCA, or Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop/laptop/network troubleshooting.
Ability to solve complex hardware/software technical problems.
Willingness to travel to client locations and work after hours if needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
