Magicbricks is looking for a Research Analyst to join our team in Noida. You will conduct thorough market research and data analysis to identify key trends and patterns within the Indian real estate spectrum.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze local and national real estate market trends and pricing data
Gather supply data by contacting brokers, developers, and validating with internal sources
Monitor economic indicators and demographic changes impacting the property market
Utilize databases like State RERA websites and public records for data collection
Assist in drafting comprehensive reports synthesizing research findings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, or Business
2-3 years of experience in real estate market research and data analysis
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with real estate regulations and market dynamics
