Key Account Manager - AI Projects

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee AI-driven projects for US clients. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end communication with US-based clients.
• Coordinate project execution between clients and internal AI engineering teams.
• Track project timelines, handle escalations, and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

• 5-7 years of experience in Client/Project/Account Management.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI/AI Agent/Chatbot projects is mandatory.
• Mandatory experience working with US clients in an IT Services firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows and technical delivery.
