English and Soft Skills Trainer (Aviation)

Pteron Aviation Academy is looking for a high-caliber English and Soft Skills Trainer to join our faculty in Siliguri. We specialize in transforming aspirants into world-class Cabin Crew through rigorous mentorship and professional training.

• Deliver specialized English language training with focus on neutral accents and aviation standards
• Conduct Cabin Crew interview preparation, including GD and PI coaching
• Facilitate professional grooming, body language, and etiquette workshops
• Build student confidence through high-energy classroom engagement

• Impeccable command of the English language is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in Soft Skills or English training preferred
