Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and polished professional to support our MD in a high-growth project management consultancy. If you are an expert in department coordination and can handle high-level communication with complete discretion, this is an excellent opportunity in Mumbais business hub. Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director (MD) and various internal departments.
- Communicate MDs directives clearly and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned departmental tasks.
- Draft and proofread professional emails, official letters, and internal memos with high accuracy.
- Manage the MDs calendar, including scheduling and preparation for critical internal and external meetings.
- Organize confidential documentation and prepare insightful reports, presentations, and executive briefs.
- Handle ad-hoc research assignments and ensure all deliverables are tracked and executed efficiently.
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager at a senior management level.
- Exceptional drafting skills with the ability to represent the MDs voice in professional communication.
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset for research and task management.
- High degree of professionalism and absolute commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to manage office operations and departmental coordination seamlessly.
