• Collecting and inputting critical transport data into company databases. Reviewing and auditing records to maintain 100% accuracy in documentation. Updating database entries with new or revised information as per operational needs. Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and security. Retrieving electronic files and records efficiently for team requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the Surface Transport industry. Proficiency in data management and basic computer operations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail for record verification. Open and inquisitive attitude with a sense of collective responsibility.
