Verus Solutions is seeking a professional IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles. This hybrid role in Chennai offers a great opportunity to build talent pipelines and work with modern ATS tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions
Source high-quality candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds to assess fit
Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate communication
Handle offer rollouts and support the onboarding process
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and IT roles
Expertise in using job portals and LinkedIn for talent sourcing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate and handle multiple requirements
Graduate degree or MBA in HR is preferred
