Matrix Info Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a professional with strong coordination skills and a high level of confidentiality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
Maintain and organize documents, records, and reports
Draft emails, schedules, and internal communications
Prepare reports and data using Excel and other software tools
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative support
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email drafting
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
